Is this normal in Mbox Studio?

Hello, I just received my mbox studio, I put my ear close to the chassis and I noticed that there is a high frequency squeal on the part of the assignable colored buttons (this comes from the internal part of the unit and is perceived when you paste the heard in that part), on the other hand, when I activate or deactivate the HPF in the channels, a sound is heard inside the chassis, is this all normal or should I request a new unit?

I DISCOVERED THAT THE HIGH FREQUENCY SCREAM IS HEARD TOO MUCH IN THE HEADPHONES WHEN I ACTIVATE THE TALKBACK, IT IS TOO ANNOYING, THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN MY APOLLO TWIN, TELL ME IF IT CAN BE SOLVED OR IS IT A PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT

This does not sound normal. I would open a case with Avid and see if they can help you out.

Actual user here and I cannot hear any noise coming from the hardware.

If you can't solve it, you may need to contact the seller for a warranty replacement unit.

Hiya, Daniel. David here from the Community team. I saw that you have already created a case for this. Have you already returned the unit to the 3rd-party seller for repairs and/or replacement?
